3. Limitation of Liability and Service Disclaimer

Mason&mint.co provides cleaning services on an 'as-is' basis. While we employ carefully trained professionals and utilize eco-conscious products, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from all damage, loss, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your home, structural issues, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to conduct a walkthrough after service completion and report any concerns within 24 hours for prompt resolution.
